Paramedic Training Mission Statement and Goal

Our Mission Statement:

It is the mission of the Paramedic Training Program to prepare its graduates to:

• Perform at the level of a well-trained physician in the pre-hospital setting.

• Master critical thinking.

• Become leaders in the medical community.

• Conduct themselves in a manner befitting their duty as medical providers.

Our Goal is:

To prepare competent entry-level Paramedics in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills) and affective (behavior) learning domains with or without exit points at the Advanced Emergency Medical Technician and/or Emergency Medical Technician, and/or Emergency Responder levels.
